First announced at the 1986 Chicago Auto Show, Jeep Wranglers are the direct descendants of the Jeep CJs (civilian jeeps) produced from the 1940s-1980s and the battle-ready World War II Jeeps before them. Constituted of four-wheel drive systems, live axles, high and low gearing, fold-flat windshields, and removable tops and doors, the Jeep wrangler is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable american-made vehicles on the market. And with good reason, as Wranglers are more than capable of mastering any landscape. Robust and customizable as cars come, Jeep Wranglers can be fitted with a bevy of additional options, upgrades, and other play toys. This predisposition towards accommodations, coupled with the Wranglers ability to conquer any terrain, makes the Jeep Wrangler the perfect vehicle for anyone looking to Frankenstein their own monster. This chassis number 280753 is a hard to find Rio Grande edition vehicle that only saw production in 1995. Adding to its rarity, this is one of 52 Rio Grandes that have had A/C brought into the vehicle. Rio Grande Jeeps are identifiable by their unusual Pueblo-inspired interior trim which contains a dazzling array of colors. Beyond the vibrant seating, this Rio Grande comes with a long list of attachments that will put a grin on the face of any Jeep expert. The 280753 has been regeared from its stock 411s to 488 gears. Additionally, American Racing wheels and brand new 33 in. tires vastly improve performance on off-road terrain. Breakaway fender flares and rock sliders prevent damage from rock-crawling excursions, and LED rock lights as well as light bar windshield lights will illuminate every path forward. The rear end was upgraded to a much more durable Ford 8.8, and a swing away tire carrier allows full access to the tailgate at any time. Furthermore, Truetrac limited slip differentials transfer power from any spinning wheel to the wheel with the most traction. The differentials are also painted in red for added distinction. In case friends find themselves stranded, an 8,000 pound load capable Warn winch is attached to the front of the vehicle. A cold air intake has also been installed for added power. For further entertainment, a Kenwood stereo and speakers sound bar have been installed alongside a CB radio. Lastly, an all new master slave cylinder and all new filters and fluids have recently been introduced. This remarkable vehicle wont stop at nothing to climb across the world. Specs: 2.5L in-line four cylinder engine, Manual 5-speed transmission, 4x4 with 488 gears, American Racing wheels, 33 in. new tires, Painted Truetrac differentials, Ford 8.8 rear end, Cold air intake, New Kenwood speakers/stereo, soundbar across the roof, CB radio, Full doors and half doors, bikini top and window, Brand new red 5 gallon jerry cans, Breakaway fender flares and rock sliders.
